Great Place To Work

The Great Place To Work certification is a recognition of the quality of the work environment in which organizational objectives are achieved, with people who give the best of themselves and work as a team, all in an environment of trust.

For the validity of the certification, our four companies were recognized. In Colombia and Central America we are the first companies to achieve it.


Certifications

  • Gualcamayo operation, the same as Minas Argentinas S.A., is certified for the third time on the International Cyanide Management Code (April 1, 2019): Certification data. Certification issued by the International Management Cyanide Institute – ICMI.

  • Gualcamayo certified its Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety Administration Systems under standards ISO 14001:2015 and OSHA 18001:2017, respectively. Both management systems are annually audited by Intertek, the certification company.

The management system is applicable to: Prospecting, exploration, mine exploitation (Open pit and Underground), processing of minerals, semlting, and operation support services to obtain Dore bullion. Certificate Number: 0016535

Mineros Colombia

Mineros Aluvial S.A.S B.I.C, the same as Gualcamayo, has its Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety Administration Systems certified under standards ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, respectively. * In 2023, ICONTEC certified our Zero Waste Management System at Mineros Colombia, making it the first company in the mining sector to obtain this endorsement.
