Nechí Alluvial - Colombia
The Nechí Alluvial Property, located in Colombia, hosts gold-bearing gravels in and around the flood plain of the Nechí River, concentrated in gold-bearing alluvial plain zones, low terraces bordering the Nechí River alluvial plain, and two blocks of tailings from historical dredging.

The Hemco Property is located in northeastern Nicaragua, in the Bonanza–Siuna–Rosita “Mining Triangle” district. It hosts the Panama Mine, a producing underground gold mine, the Pioneer Mine, a pre-production underground goldmine, the gold-silver-zinc Constancia vein system which hosts the exploration-stage Porvenir Project and the Leticia and San Antonio deposits, located in the Municipality of Bonanza, and the Luna Roja Exploration Target and the Caribe Exploration Target, located in the Municipality of Rosita. Portions of the Hemco Property are allocated to artisanal miners in accordance with Nicaraguan laws. The Company also owns and operates three processing plants at the Hemco Property: the Hemco Plant, the La Curva Plant and the Vesmisa Plant, which process both ore produced by the Company from the Pioneer Mine and the Panama Mine, as well as ore purchased from artisanal miners.

The Gualcamayo Property, located in Argentina, hosts three operating open pits— the Quebrada del Diablo, AIM and Condor—and one underground mine, Quebrada del Diablo Lower (QDDL), which collectively form the Gualcamayo Mine. Several other targets on the Gualcamayo Property are at an earlystage of exploration, including the Salamanca deposit. In addition, the Deep Carbonates Project, consisting of the Rodado deposit (and other small mixed oxide-sulphide deposits such as the Santiago deposit, the Santiago Satellite deposits and the Feeder deposit), accounts for a significant portion of the sulphide Mineral Resources at the Gualcamayo Property.
